Kimberly has experience in launching a 501c-3 non-profit, empowering individuals to exercise leadership, and extensive experiences of working with individuals who have experienced trauma or abandonment/rejection. These things affect our organizations but there is hope for unity and understanding. Her love for helping others unlock their untapped potential is evident.
Harrison Assesment
Harrison provides the next generation of assessments with job specific behavioral assessment which effectively predicts job success, engagement, and retention. Our Questionnaire measures 175 behavioral traits and identifies strengths and possible derailers specific to the job selected. The Harrison has multiple assessments to help identify possible roadblocks in your personal or professional life.
Conflict Resolution
Using coaching skills to work through conflict resolution in a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. The disagreement may be personal, financial, political, or emotional. When a dispute arises, often the best course of action to resolve the disagreement is through being heard in a safe and trust worthy environment.
