Upon enrollment, you'll receive a comprehensive onboarding packet, comprising:

Goal Clarification Survey: Define the shifts and improvements you envision for your team's performance and collaboration.

Coaching Essentials Document: Understand the essence of coaching, my role as your team coach, the myriad benefits of coaching, and what to anticipate during our partnership.

Free Consultation Session:
Enjoy a complimentary 45-minute consultation session where we will:

Review the completed onboarding packet.

Address any queries or concerns you may have.

Clarify the team's collective goals and objectives.

Schedule our first coaching engagement and establish the frequency of subsequent sessions.

Individual and Team Coaching Engagements:
Engage in either one 60-minute session or two 30-minute sessions per month as the team Executive or Lead. Additionally, the team will participate in a monthly 90-minute Team Coaching Engagement, fostering cohesion and alignment towards shared objectives. (Additional individual engagements for each team member can be included with an additional investment.)

Comprehensive Engagement Support:
Within 48 hours of each coaching session, you'll receive typed engagement notes capturing key insights, action steps, and timelines. Additionally, expect timely reminders for upcoming engagements, as well as between-session reminders to reflect on action steps, ensuring accountability and progress.
