Kimberly Becker is not only a devoted wife and mother of four daughters but also takes pride in being a grandmother to twelve grandchildren. She finds joy in spending quality time with her family and indulging in outdoor activities, such as hiking, riding motorcycles and maintaining an active lifestyle.

With a career spanning over three decades, Kimberly has been a guiding force, empowering individuals in various capacities. In 2013, she ventured into entrepreneurship, founding a nonprofit organization with diverse operations and serving as its CEO for nine and a half years. During this tenure, she also assumed leadership roles in another nonprofit, steering it towards profitability and eventually orchestrating a successful merger between the two entities.

In 2019, feeling a personal and professional need for growth, Kimberly embarked on a journey of self-discovery and transformation through coaching. Inspired by her own experiences, she pursued coaching certification to assist others in overcoming similar challenges, leading to the establishment of Move Your Mountain Coaching & Consulting.

As a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Kimberly boasts over 900 hours of experience in individual, group, and team coaching. She is also well-versed in the leadership competencies of the Kansas Leadership Center and actively leads community leadership programs. Kimberly finds fulfillment in collaborating with teams and organizations, offering leadership training, facilitating board retreats, resolving conflicts, crafting visions, devising strategic plans, and assisting clients in overcoming obstacles hindering their growth and fulfillment.

At the core of Kimberly's beliefs lies a profound commitment to ensuring individuals feel recognized, heard, and appreciated, while also unlocking their untapped potential. This belief permeates through her speaking engagements, coaching sessions, consulting projects, teaching endeavors, and facilitation activities, reflecting her unwavering dedication to fostering growth and transformation.
